prices list on the website are FOB price ( Free on board ).
Included: Free trucking from Jepara to Semarang port, Standard
Fumigation ( Non AQIS ), THC - Doc
fee ( Semarang port ), Sending Document, etc. Shipping
( OCEAN FREIGHT ) is not included in the price, it will become
responsibility of buyer.
All furniture price
included with Finishing color, Glass ( no bevel ), Fabric,
Artificial Leather, Standard foam / thickness = 6 cm, Brass and Packing ( foam and
single face / wrapping paper
).
> Furniture with stain and paint finish
are same price. Furniture with antique and distressed effect,
the price are little bit more expensive. Furniture with silver
and gold leaf, the price are more expensive.
Therefore, we will
review all your order list that you have submit and
propose change of prices for any items that made with antique
and distressed effect or silver and gold
leaf,
as your requested.
> Payment
We
only receive for payment by T/T ( Bank Transfer ).
We are
require 50% deposit or advance payment after you received the
Performa invoice or before we start production, and the
remaining / balance 50% to be
finalized / transferred after loading container or after you
receive copy Bill of Lading (BL) by Fax or e-mail,
this means the shipment has done or on board.
After
the balance payment has done, please send us the copy transfer
( MT 103 ). As soon as we have we received your balance payment,
we will send the original bill of lading and others documents by
carrier to your address.

Minimum order is 1 x 20' ft
container / shipment.

place an order, please write the code of furniture, name /
description, size, finishing color, fabric or leather and
quantity for each item. Send the list of your order by e-mail,
then we will help you to process for Performa invoice.

20 ft container = 30 CBM
40 ft container = 60 CBM

Sample or Retail Order
For
samples or retail order of 1 or 2 item (maximum 10 piece) by air
freight to airport. Importers must pay the air forwarding cost.
Cost of furniture + Air freight per cubic metter (M3) +
Forwarder fees. It should be prepaid.

Trial Order or LCL ( Less container loading )
The
LCL or less container loading is buyer take or buy furniture
from the supplier (Our Company) only few piece, less than 1 x 20
ft container.
"Normally
minimum order is 1 x 20' ft container / shipment".

Order Process:
1 x 20
ft containers, the delivery time is 55 days maximum, that
started after receiving the 50% down payment ( deposit ).
1 x 40
ft / HC containers, the delivery time is 65 days maximum, that
started after receiving the 50% down payment ( deposit ).

The finished furniture
will be packed with foam and single face, put carton on the
corner and top; then put
label for each items.
> Shipment

Shipping is not included in the price. All order sent freight
collect.

You may nominate the freight forwarder and shipping line, or we
will assist you to find one that suits you best and arrange the
shipment
.
All container are fumigated
as required by international law for which the company accept no
responsibilities nor liabilities.

Insurance on container is
solely the responsibility of customers. However, upon on request
we can assist the arrangement.
Delivery time : Normally, we deliver the container or goods
arrive at the destination port between 25 - 35 days, starting
from port of loading / Semarang port - Indonesia. The time must
be on time schedule and depend on the location.
> Complain
If that happen, we must get the
proved about that complain like photo. Please put picture /
photo to the broken part. We will check and investigate the
problem. We know whether that broken because from the raw
material is not good or your employment negligence when they
take it from the containers. If the causes from the furniture we
will replace the furniture for you, and send to the next
containers or next shipment ( next order ).
